 Hello and a warm welcome.

 

 Thank you for considering me as your counsellor. I understand that reaching out can be a big step, I want to make our working relationship as comfortable and clear as possible.

 

I am Integrative Counsellor with an inclination to Relational approach. The Integrative modality combines different forms of psychotherapy tailored to your individual needs, including emotional, cognitive, and relational aspects. 

 

My own personal experience and professional training is what offers me deeper understanding, I believe in human connection. I use directiveness and creativity, supporting you through opportunities for learning, growth and fortitude, whilst providing you with a structured yet flexible approach to help you implement coherent, sustainable changes in your life. 

 

​I welcome Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity, everyone is unique. Counselling is not a rushing process, therapy requires commitment, patience and goals, the collaboration is instrumental.

Trauma Informed: 

I have have been working over a decade with adults, individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds, and cultures. I am Trauma Informed, I understand the impact of past experiences and the effects on your present relationship and relational dynamics with others close to you.

Narcissistic Abuse: 

Through personal experience I understand those silent scars the impact of Narcissistic abuse leaves behind. I am an Associate Counsellor at The Echo Society an organisation that support those who suffered Narcissistic abuse you can also find me on www.theechosociety.org.uk

Discernment Counselling 

Discernment counselling is an intervention to offer each partner the opportunity to clarify their needs, reasons and to help them to make a common decision about their future.

Clinical  Supervision:  

I am trained in Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision  in line with the NCPS and BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.  I am ACTO Professional Member.

ADH Affirming:

I am ADHD informed and affirming through both personal and professional experiences, I am not interested in formal diagnosis my focus is on those difficulties you are facing in your life, the traumas animated in those challenges due to anxiety, addictions, childhood adversities. 

​

Life Coaching:

I offer a space for collaboration to explore new possibilities, behaviours, ways to think, to find, create, nurture and sustain the relationship or goals you want to achieve. My services are change focused, client led, open and authentic, positive and encouraging, collaborative, intuitive, challenging.Setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles, and building resilience, purposeful, collaborative, building self awareness, create discovery.

Walk and Talk Therapy: 

The sessions are outdoors for those clients may prefer to move or walk. Walk and Talk therapy is linked with many physical and mental health benefits, including decreased depression, decreased stress and anxiety, improved ADHD symptoms, increased focus, improved sleep patterns. Will be discussing any concerns prior to your first walk-and-talk, so you can make an informed decision.

Personal Experience: 

Having personally experienced the impact of psychological abuse through childhood adversities, Narcissistic abuse, anger and trauma, I bring empathy and understanding to my work.

 

Through years of personal therapy, dedicated professional training with sheer passion and determination, I have developed the skills and insights to help others navigate their own personal journeys.

 

Outside my professional role I enjoy coastal walks, exploring the countryside, swimming in the sea, and travelling.

1:1 for 50mins Individual Counselling from £65 

​

for 60mins Couples Counselling from £80 

 

for 90mins Couples Counselling from £95 

​​

1:1 for 1.5 hrs Supervision from £50

 

1:1 for 1.5hrs Student Supervision from £40

 

1:1 for 50mins Student Personal therapy from £40

​​1:1 for 60mns Coaching from £70 

​

1:1 for 90mins Coaching from £95

Concessionary Fees available subject to availability

​

The most important "qualification" when choosing the right therapist is how you feel, research shows that the relationship between counsellor and client is the most important factor. If you wish to be seen in person it can be arranged, please specify your requirements at time of booking your session.

 

If you would like to arrange an appointment a payment in advance is required to secure the booking,  please note the appointment is only confirmed on receipt of fees. 

​

I operate on a 48 hours cancellation policy, no fee will be charged by notice given 48 hours or more, to cancel. If you need to reschedule, I will try to offer a suitable time before Friday of the same week, however if I am unable to, I ask for the full fee to be paid.​​​
